November 8 2018 Cricut Thanksgiving layout

Please forgive my photography skills, but this layout is really fun to create.  It is not an overlay but it could be created if you so desired.  In this class we learn to create photo frames in Design Space or using center point with the legacy machines.  Lots of fun embellishments. Images are all available as part of Cricut Design Space Access subscription.  Hope your summer is going well and looking forward to some great scrapbooking times.

October 23 2018 Cricut Halloween Teddy Bear layout

Apparently I had lots of creative energy that needed to be released.  This class will teach how to create an overlay border and then the accent border too.  All images are included in Cricut Design Space Access Subscription.  Hope you are able to join for some fun Halloween creations.

October 4 2018 Cricut Halloween Spooky layout

Ok photography is not the best but the layout is lots of fun.  We will take full advantage of double sided paper. We are going to create a new version of the scrapbook overlay.  All images are included as part of the Design Space Access Subscription.  Sure hope you can join me.

September 18 2018 Cricut Football layout

Another super fun scrapbook overlay layout.  This time we will take full advantage of journal tags and pattern papers to create our layout base.  Once again we will create a layout overlay in Design Space.  All the images are included in the Design Space access subscription.  I hope you have as much fun creating this layout as I did!  Also you can customize those cute Teddy Bears with your favorite Team colors.  Sure hope you are able to join me.

September 6 2018 Cricut School Layout

Hope you can all join me for this fun scrapbook layout.  Using a few cartridges all part of the Cricut Design Space Access Subscription we will build on our learnings from the Fall layout class held August 21 2018.  Lots of fun papers and enhance our Design Space knowledge too.  Those using the legacy machines are welcome, and cartridges or images will be made available to you.  Hope your summer is going well and look forward to seeing you in class.

August 21 2018 Cricut Fall Layout Project

We will learn how to create a scrapbook overlay as well as use Cricut pens to enhance some of the design embellishments.  Most embellishments are available as part of the Design Space Access subscription.  Hope you are able to join me.  This summer has been hot but a welcome relief to the long winter.  Wishing everyone well.

June 14, 2018 (was November 8, 2017) Monthly Cricut Project

Continued Wedding album page layouts.  As many of you know my husband had a heart transplant on October 13, 2017.  All my classes have been discontinued until my caregiving responsibilities have reduced.  I am pleased to announce things have settled down and plan to resume this class on June 13, 2018 (Wednesday).  I have missed everyone and teaching.  Looking forward to seeing whoever is able to join the class.  Thank you for the continued support during my absence, I really appreciate it.

September 20, 2017 Monthly Cricut Project

Continuing creating 1 page Wedding Album layouts using Cricut images.  The Bride layout is using Tie the Knot cricut cartridge, plus Edge to Edge2 (available in Access plan in Design Space) and the Groom layout is using Tie the Knot cartridge plus Edge to Edge cartridge.  Using the foiled background pattern paper just add to the fun and sparkle of these pages.

July 12, 2017 Cricut Project

Beginning a series of wedding layout pages.  This month are two 1 page layout.  I used many Close to my Heart Cricut cartridges to create these layout.  Using some special functions available in the Cricut Design Space software to create special elements in the Wedding layout.

Rapunzel 2 page layout using the Cricut Disney Believing in Dreams cartridge.  Lots of fun papers and glitter paper to create the fun layout.

Flynn Rider 2 page layout using the Cricut Disney Believing in Dreams cartridge.  The layout accents are from washi tape, glitter and Nuvo enamel dots.

April 19, 2017 Monthly Cricut Project

I will soon post the picture of the Rapunzel - Tangled 2 page layout using Disney Believing in Dreams cartridge.  The cuts are fun and make wonderful layouts.  Also we will be using a FREE cut from the Cricut Alphabet font in Design Space and we will create the layout mats using the slice feature in Design Space.  Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day.  Plenty of sunshine this morning so things are looking up!!!

March 22, 2017 Cricut Project

This is our March project.  It is a Brave 2 page layout using the same cartridge we have been using - Disney Princess Believing in Dreams.  Also hope to begin to create Wedding Album layouts.  Tentative date for class is March 22.  I will check this date with the current students and confirm it works for the majority.  I have spring fever - probably because I am working on Spring cards -- but need to be patient since it will not arrive for a few more months.  Hope everyone is well. 

February 22, 2017 Cricut Project

Continuing with the Disney Princess Believing in Dreams cartridge but now on to the Brave layouts.  I will probably have 2 layouts for this theme.  The project is shown below.  The winter is here but, fortunately, not too cold or snowy. I would love to go someplace warm but hubby still has doctor appointments that keep us close to home.  The good news is Scrappy Chic is continuing and I am able to continue to teach.  So happy !!!!  See you all in class or store.
